Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, implement, and oversee a program for monitoring thermal performance of power generating equipment.
  • •Establish and maintain KPI’s for the thermal performance monitoring program, and use results to support corrective actions for equipment degradation.
  • •Provide technical support, testing, and inspection expertise across process areas to ensure safe, reliable, efficient operation.
  • •Develop O&M and Capital budgets and strategic plans for equipment overhauls to optimize equipment life and time between overhauls.
  • •Create schedules and job plans/work packages for routine and outage maintenance or projects, using work management systems and coordinating across work groups.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma with at least 8 years of related plant experience, or a bachelor’s degree in an Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, thermodynamics, or industrial engineering (or related discipline).
  • •Valid driver’s license.
  • •Proficiency with MS Word and Excel; working knowledge of SAP and PaSTA is highly desirable.
  • •Basic understanding of Lock-out, Tag-out (LOTO) practices for related process equipment.
