Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the end-to-end lifecycle of payment and ecosystem partner agreements, including drafting, tracking, organizing, and filing contracts.
  • •Maintain contract databases and renewal schedules; coordinate signature workflows and follow up with stakeholders.
  • •Assist with follow-ups across internal business lines and external payment channel partners, including meeting materials and action-item tracking.
  • •Collect, clean, and analyze payment and partnership data; build dashboards and recurring reports to track KPIs and partner performance.
  • •Conduct in-depth market research on the US payment landscape, including competitive analysis, regulatory environment, and PSP/acquirer benchmarking.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently enrolled in an MBA program.
  • •Detail-oriented and highly organized; comfortable managing multiple workflows.
  • •Proficient in data analytics; data visualization tools experience is a plus.
  • •Proactive, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • •Available to work at least 4 days per week for a minimum of 6 months, able to come on-site to the San Jose campus 2–3 days per week.
