Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide rich synchronous and asynchronous learning experiences tailored to students’ individual needs.
  • •Differentiate instruction based on students’ mastery levels and augment course content using prescribed tools and policies.
  • •Maintain grade books, make placement and promotion decisions, and alert administrators to student performance and progress.
  • •Communicate regularly with students and learning coaches/parents and support troubleshooting in a virtual classroom.
  • •Travel occasionally for professional development and student testing (on average about once per month / ~20%).
