Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide an overview of the organization’s capabilities and align them with strategy across programs.
  • •Describe the organization’s strategy, identify opportunities, threats and limitations, and provide insights to enable implementation.
  • •Guide investment and ensure new work aligns with the organization’s investment strategy.
  • •Improve decision making by ensuring costs to manifest value are understood.
  • •Coach and mentor staff in Business Analysts and/or Business Architects at Expert/Intermediate/Entry levels.

Key Requirements

  • •Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline; or commensurate work experience.

  • •Strong planning and analysis experience, including modeling graphical representations and abstractions.
