  • •Train and coach warehouse associates (order pickers, packers, receiving clerks) to meet productivity and accuracy standards.
  • •Conduct floor audits, pick/pack accuracy reviews, and cycle count reconciliations to ensure process adherence and order quality.
  • •Monitor and report fulfillment KPIs, including units per hour, order accuracy, on-time shipment rate, and inventory shrinkage.
  • •Foster a culture of workplace safety and compliance, including health and safety training for warehouse operations (e.g., forklift, racking safety, hazmat handling).
  • •Coordinate and review the work across receiving, putaway, picking, packing, shipping, replenishment, and inventory management; plan labor by shift and volume forecast.
