Job Summary

Drive enterprise business growth across the UAE by enabling and training OEM enterprise teams, building and progressing sales pipelines, and executing channel programs. Partner with OEMs and NVIDIA teams to align go-to-market strategies, accelerate revenue performance, and implement regional initiatives. Lead partner engagement within ecosystem organizations, strengthen execution across OEMs and distribution partners, and maintain forecasting, reporting, and pipeline transparency for weekly, monthly, and quarterly outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive enterprise business growth across the UAE, including enablement, training, pipeline development, and channel execution.
•Manage OEM funnel development, pipeline progression, and revenue performance on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
•Engage and lead enterprise and channel teams within partner organizations to implement strategic programs with OEM collaborators and NVIDIA channel teams.
•Develop and complete go-to-market strategies aligned with NVIDIA initiatives and OEM priorities across the enterprise portfolio (hardware and software).
•Maintain accurate forecasting, business reporting, and pipeline transparency across the region.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of enterprise OEM sales and channel experience within the AI industry, ideally in the UAE or broader Middle East.
•Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant area or equivalent experience in practice.
•Proven success driving business management, partner engagement, enablement programs, and sales execution in OEM environments.
•Strong understanding of the UAE enterprise and channel ecosystem, including experience with leading OEMs, channel partners, and enterprise customers.
•Strong communication and presentation skills to educate, influence, and transfer knowledge across technical and business audiences.
