Key Responsibilities

  • •Build end-to-end features across the stack using Next.js on the frontend and FastAPI, NestJS, or similar backend frameworks.
  • •Develop and manage robust prompt libraries for production-grade LLM agents, with documentation, version control, and optimization strategies.
  • •Run A/B tests on prompts to improve accuracy, task completion, and agent behavior across healthcare workflows.
  • •Architect scalable automations with n8n, and integrate with EHRs, VOIP systems, faxes, Gmail, and other healthcare infrastructure.
  • •Manage messy, real-world healthcare data pipelines with grace and resilience.

Key Requirements

  • •Must have experience building full-stack products across frontend and backend (Next.js on frontend, FastAPI or NestJS on backend)
