Protectively interact with guests at MGM Music Hall Fenway to provide information and assistance that ensure an enjoyable experience. Deliver exemplary customer service, adapt to guest needs, refer unresolved grievances to the right departments, and solicit sales of additional services or products. Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken, while supporting other tasks assigned by the Operations Manager.
