Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive platform reliability: manage technical triage, monitoring visibility, and incident resolution for multi-cloud data enclaves and AI software in air-gapped environments.
  • •Unblock GovCloud pipelines: serve as the secure-zone operational interface, handling complex system interactions and triage for internal engineering teams.
  • •Execute tooling and scripting: safely run and adapt infrastructure scripts, automation tools, and diagnostic workflows within secure boundaries.
  • •Patch & environment management: identify and resolve systemic environment blocks and review configurations to streamline patch deployment pipelines.
  • •Maintain guardrails and compliance: operate within secure facilities (SCIF) and ensure GovCloud interactions meet federal security benchmarks.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,200 - 178,950 annually

Key Requirements

  • •TS/SCI security clearance
  • •5+ years of experience in Systems Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure, Support Engineering, DevSecOps, or a related technical operational role
  • •Proficiency in at least one modern language (Python, Go, Bash, or Java) with ability to read, edit, and troubleshoot software and infrastructure code
  • •Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation
  • •Hands-on debugging and systems administration experience in major public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
