•Plan, run, and optimize paid ads across Meta, Google, and TikTok to drive traffic and awareness.
•Conduct A/B testing for creatives, messaging, and CTAs to improve performance.
•Manage SEO, blog content, and PR/media exposure; support co-marketing and partner promotional content.
•Collaborate with Design, Social Media, and Growth teams and track/report reach, traffic, CTR, and CPL to leadership.

Key Requirements

•2–3 years of experience in digital marketing with exposure to top–mid funnel activities.
•Hands-on experience running paid ads across Meta, Google, and TikTok.
•Familiarity with SEO, blog content optimization, and basic analytics.
•Experience managing KOL collaborations, including briefing, coordination, and content review.
•Strong coordination and communication skills for cross-team work, with comfort interpreting reach/traffic/CTR metrics into recommendations.
