Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage end-to-end projects for new card launches (processing setup), processor migrations and upgrades, and day-to-day card processing operations.
  • •Act as the primary liaison between the processor, issuer/acquirer, and card network to ensure seamless execution.
  • •Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation, including regular status reporting to stakeholders and executive leadership.
  • •Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and card brand specifications throughout the project lifecycle.
  • •Coordinate technical integrations, testing, and certification processes; identify and mitigate risks and drive continuous improvement in card operations and migration processes.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD, PhD).
  • •Proven experience in card processing and operations within a card processing company or payment network.
  • •Strong background in processor migration and upgrade projects.
  • •Solid understanding of card issuance, acquiring, and transaction flows.
  • •Experience managing cross-functional teams and external vendors, with familiarity with card brand requirements.
