Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end incubation operations for high-potential partners, including onboarding, launch planning, performance acceleration, and ongoing success.
•Own the strategy and execution to increase active sales partners and drive high-quality partner growth for TikTok Commerce.
•Act as the key point of contact for senior and cross-functional stakeholders, leading strategic discussions and decision-making.
•Identify scalable growth opportunities and design programs to improve partner performance (e.g., challenges, lifecycle email campaigns, enablement initiatives).
•Design and manage partner communication channels for mass account management, including forecasting, troubleshooting, partner education, and program delivery.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above, with 3+ years of experience in mass account management or partner incubation.

•Fluent English and French, with direct experience working and speaking with partners.
•Strong analytical skills and business judgment to turn complex data into actionable plans.
•Advanced Excel proficiency, including building and auditing formulas and working with large datasets.
