•Develop and program control systems for automated industrial processes.
•Work with Siemens and B&R platforms (including C programming on B&R) to deliver robust, maintainable code.
•Collaborate with high-level DevOps and IoT/cloud experts to bridge the gap between traditional automation and modern software engineering.
•Champion modern development practices: help drive adoption of Git, code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
•Mentor and support colleagues from diverse backgrounds, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.

Key Requirements

•Solid experience in automation engineering for industrial processes (process industry or similar)
•Proficiency with PLC programming in both B&R and Siemens
•Strong coding skills in C (especially for B&R) and willingness to adopt modern software tools and workflows
•Experience with version control (Git) and interest in CI/CD
•Fluent in English, written and spoken; relevant Automation/Software/Embedded degree or equivalent
