Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and drive local project delivery plan, covering scope, schedule, budget, resources, milestones, actions, risks, issues, and dependencies under Program Director governance.
  • •Act as the primary customer interface, managing communication, expectations, decisions, and escalations in a sensitive sovereign government environment.
  • •Lead customer and internal governance meetings and drive agreed actions to closure.
  • •Coordinate local stakeholders (Facilities, Modular Data Center, Engineering, HPC, Network, Storage, Software, Security, Procurement, Legal, Operations, Service Management) plus vendors, subcontractors, and delivery partners.
  • •Manage project reporting and controls (RAID, critical path, scope changes) and coordinate readiness, installation, testing, acceptance, go-live, and transition to operational support.

Key Requirements

  • •7–10+ years of project management experience, including complex customer projects.
  • •Proven delivery ownership with strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination.
  • •Fluent English and Romanian.

  • •Availability to travel up to 30% within Romania and across Europe, based on project needs.
