Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate and oversee shipping and receiving activities to meet internal procedures and customer requirements.
•Inspect and verify incoming deliveries against invoices, packing lists, and purchase orders; report and resolve discrepancies.
•Prepare and manage shipping documentation for domestic and international shipments, including commercial invoices, packing slips, and export compliance forms.
•Process and fulfill customer orders in the ERP system and perform receiving and inventory transactions (inventory adjustments, returns, and assembly tracking).
•Schedule and coordinate pickups and deliveries with freight carriers and support cycle counts and end-of-quarter shipping deadlines.

Key Requirements

•2+ years of experience in shipping/receiving, logistics coordination, or related warehouse operations.
