Key Responsibilities

  • •Stock the bar with beer, wine, liquor, mixers, garnishes, and other supplies throughout the shift.
  • •Clean and organize the bar area, including wiping surfaces, washing glassware, and disposing of bottles and trash.
  • •Assist bartenders with preparing garnishes, mixing ingredients, and serving drinks to customers.
  • •Maintain inventory levels by tracking stock, replenishing supplies, and notifying management of shortages.
  • •Support opening and closing procedures and assist with other duties as needed (e.g., cash transactions, customer inquiries).

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years of working experience in a hospitality/food service role.
  • •2+ years of relevant working experience.
  • •Understand alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including ingredients and serving techniques.
  • •Maintain inventory levels using restocking, stock rotation, and par levels.
