Job Summary

Own the implementation journey that feeds Customer Success: lead a team of Implementation Specialists while managing your own account portfolio. Set onboarding standards, drive team and cohort-level activation metrics, and build data-driven dashboards to improve speed and configuration quality. Run kickoff calls, coach through complex onboarding and stalled integrations, and create playbooks/SOPs so onboarding scales consistently. Partner with Product and Operations to deliver recurring insights that evolve the platform and process.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and develop the Implementation team by setting standards, running 1:1s, reviewing onboarding quality, and closing performance gaps.
•Own team core metrics and drive continuous improvement, including activation, implementation completion, integration completion, and time across onboarding stages.
•Build and maintain a data-driven view of team performance to identify whether delays are speed or quality issues and design appropriate interventions.
•Build and refine playbooks, SOPs, and templates to make onboarding consistent and repeatable at scale.
•Own end-to-end implementations as an individual contributor, coordinating integration setup, spend category configuration, card issuance, admin configuration, and finance team enablement.
