Key Responsibilities

  • •Adhere to Chain of Responsibility and all relevant safety policies during warehouse receiving, storage, and dispatch activities.
  • •Accurately receive and inspect incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery documents, documenting discrepancies or damages.
  • •Label and store goods promptly in designated areas, and prepare and pack orders for dispatch per company standards and customer requirements.
  • •Complete and file shipping documentation correctly, and coordinate with logistics partners for timely pickups and deliveries.
  • •Conduct regular stock takes and cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records, maintain warehouse housekeeping, and report slow-moving or obsolete stock.

Key Requirements

  • •Forklift license and experience operating warehouse equipment.
  • •Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for accurate receiving, storage, and dispatch.
  • •Proficiency using inventory management software and basic computer applications.
  • •Understanding of safety regulations and Chain of Responsibility (CoR) principles.
  • •Experience with stock taking and inventory reconciliation.
