Job Summary

Lead materials management to optimize supply chain efficiency, reduce inventory and costs, and ensure on-time material delivery that supports production schedules. Drive strategic SIOP planning, demand/production planning, MRP, replenishment, and inventory optimization initiatives. Manage working capital, KPIs, and risk mitigation, while partnering cross-functionally with Procurement, Sourcing, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, and Engineering. Develop and mentor managers and planners, and ensure ERP/MRP system utilization and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and implement materials management strategies aligned with organizational goals and operational requirements.
•Lead Supply during SIOP to ensure optimal inventory levels and establish long-term inventory optimization initiatives.
•Oversee demand/production planning, MRP, replenishment, inventory targets, and safety stock policies.
•Monitor and report KPIs (inventory turns/days of supply, service level, material availability, on-time delivery, excess/obsolete inventory, schedule attainment, earned hours) and drive corrective actions.
•Lead, mentor, and develop managers and planners, building a high-performing culture and ensuring safe, compliant operations.
