Key Responsibilities

•Identify, acquire, and onboard new financial advisory (FA) firms as distribution partners for general insurance products in Singapore.
•Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within FA firms.
•Develop and execute business plans to achieve premium targets and grow market share within the FA channel.
•Collaborate with product and underwriting teams to position and promote general insurance solutions tailored to the FA market.
•Conduct product training, workshops, and seminars for financial advisers, while monitoring market trends and regulatory developments and ensuring compliance.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in any field.
•Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business development within the general insurance industry, focused on the financial adviser market.
•Certifications in Health Insurance (HI), Basic Insurance Concepts and Principles (BCP), Personal General Insurance (PGI), and Commercial General Insurance (ComGl).
•Strong understanding of general insurance products and the financial adviser landscape in Singapore.
•Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
