•Bachelor’s degree.
•2+ years of sourcing experience supporting quality high-volume outbound efforts for Marketing, Creative, Business, and G&A roles.
•Proficiency in G-Suite, Greenhouse, and sourcing tools (Gem and SeekOut).
•Fluent in Boolean logic and skilled in CRM re-engagement searches to activate talent communities.
•Excellent time management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
