•Start up and commission new systems, diagnosing and repairing environmental-control systems in diverse commercial settings.
•Serve as the direct customer contact and service products/equipment on assigned projects to ensure customer satisfaction.
•Coordinate with team leader and customer to understand requirements for on-site installation and repairs by forecasting issues, gathering materials, and synchronizing work.
•Maintain up-to-date knowledge on Trane products across installation, operation, maintenance, service, and repair for direct digital control systems.
•Enforce safety standards and maintain security/accountability of company-issued and procured assets, recording use, wear, and conditions.

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma (or equivalent) and typically 3-5 years of experience in HVAC/Controls.
•Technical school or formal training preferred.
•Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficiency with handheld computers (e.g., smartphone, iPad).
•Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major/frequent traffic violations in the previous 3 years.
•Previous experience with DDC (direct digital control) systems; EPA preferred.
