Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee RESICOM+ property management within CFC to achieve target EBITDA margins.
  • •Own the City P&L, including budgeting and forecasting, and maintain the EBITDA owner role.
  • •Drive revenue generation through rate-card services and commercial strategy.
  • •Lead Community Services department setup and establish policies, procedures, and documentation.
  • •Manage tenant coordination, fit-out quality assurance, preventive maintenance, and community engagement/marketing plans.

Key Requirements
