Key Responsibilities

  • •Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including customer contracts, vendor/supplier agreements, NDAs, licensing, and partnership deals.
  • •Provide legal advisory on contract interpretation, compliance obligations, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • •Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Engineering to support deal structuring and contracting efficiency.
  • •Develop and maintain standard contract templates, playbooks, and contracting workflows to streamline processes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 175,000 - 200,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •J.D. degree from an accredited law school and active membership in at least one U.S. state bar (or international equivalent).
  • •6+ years of experience as a transactional or corporate attorney, ideally with both law firm and in-house experience.
  • •Extensive experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial and technology contracts.
  • •Strong understanding of technology infrastructure, data center operations, cloud, or SaaS business models (preferred).
  • •Ability to balance legal risk with commercial flexibility, and work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced distributed environment.
