Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial, vendor, and partnership agreements to support global growth. Advise internal stakeholders on contract risk, compliance, and legal strategy, collaborating with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Engineering to streamline deal structuring. Develop and maintain contract templates and workflows, manage dispute escalations, and ensure adherence to data protection, export control, and other applicable regulations across cross-border transactions.

Key Responsibilities

•Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including customer contracts, vendor/supplier agreements, NDAs, licensing, and partnership deals.
•Provide legal advisory on contract interpretation, compliance obligations, and risk mitigation strategies.
•Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Engineering to support deal structuring and contracting efficiency.
•Develop and maintain standard contract templates, playbooks, and contracting workflows to streamline processes.
•Manage or assist with contract-related disputes and escalations, and ensure adherence to applicable data protection and export control requirements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 175,000 - 200,000 annually

Key Requirements

•J.D. degree from an accredited law school and active membership in at least one U.S. state bar (or international equivalent).
•6+ years of experience as a transactional or corporate attorney, ideally with both law firm and in-house experience.
•Extensive experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial and technology contracts.
•Strong understanding of technology infrastructure, data center operations, cloud, or SaaS business models (preferred).
•Ability to balance legal risk with commercial flexibility, and work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced distributed environment.
