Ensure guest safety and venue security by proactively monitoring the area, preventing and resolving altercations, and assisting with emergency evacuation procedures. Inspect guests using metal detectors or pat-down searches, enforce venue policies for photos/videos/recording devices, and help safeguard against theft and property damage. Manage shift duties including setup/tear-down, maintaining clear venue conditions, and communicating continuously via radios, hand signals, and flashlights.
