Key Responsibilities

  • •Match and mix paint color and apply water-based paint to vehicles inside paint booths.
  • •Perform automotive painting as part of the vehicle reconditioning process to ensure vehicles are ready for customers.
  • •Work with state-of-the-art tools within Carvana inspection centers.
  • •Operate and manage automotive tools and equipment required for painting.
  • •Follow production schedules and be able to work mandatory overtime based on business needs.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of professional automotive painting experience (minimum 3 years).
  • •Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools, including lifting up to 60 pounds independently.
  • •Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license (some positions may require an MVR check).
  • •Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment, sometimes in excessive heat/cold.
  • •Use safety equipment such as face shield/goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments and equipment.
