Key Responsibilities

  • •Review inventory at the loading dock to ensure the crew truck is stocked adequately.
  • •Layout and assemble solar modules, mounts, electrical equipment and tools in preparation for installation.
  • •Assemble racking and solar modules/panels/support structures as specified in the project plan.
  • •Ensure a clean, orderly job site and perform project clean-up including client site and installation vehicle.
  • •Lead crew through safe, effective, and efficient installations while providing leadership, technical expertise, and guidance; may act as Foreperson and assist with solar battery installations when assigned.

Salary: USD 27.6 - 36.8 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •Previous solar installation experience required; equivalent construction or military experience may be considered.
  • •Must be 21 years of age, have a valid driver’s license, and maintain a clean driving record to pass a driving background check.
  • •Adhere to company safety policies and procedures, including identifying and reporting safety hazards and encouraging safe work.
  • •Ability to establish rapport and communicate tactfully with customers and coworkers, meet deadlines/metrics, and problem-solve timely.
