•Serve as the lead NOC performance monitoring SME interfacing with BIM teams and the customer to integrate monitoring/management tools.
•Establish dashboards to ensure availability, security, and network service levels.
•Collaborate with BIM engineering, design, and site teams to build, integrate, and enhance the BIM monitoring solution.
•Configure, maintain, secure, and update observability and network management tools and systems such as SolarWinds.
•Translate BIM KPIs/KQIs into customized ops center alerts and service-level awareness, and create dashboards/reports for SLAs.

•Security clearance requirements: DoD Secret level and eligibility for IAT level II access, including maintaining Security Plus CE.
