Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the lead Network Performance Monitoring SME, interfacing with the BIM team and customer to integrate monitoring and management tools and establish dashboards.
  • •Collaborate with BIM engineering, design, and site teams to build, integrate, and enhance the BIM monitoring solution.
  • •Configure, maintain, secure, and update observability and network management tools and systems (e.g., SolarWinds).
  • •Translate BIM KPIs/KQIs to customize ops center alerts and improve service level awareness.
  • •Create and customize dashboards and reports centered on service level agreements using GUI capabilities.

  • •Security Plus CE / DoD 8140 equivalent requirements with eligibility for IAT level II access (Secret clearance required).
