Job Summary

Embed security across the SDLC as a DevSecOps Engineer at Payoneer. You’ll design and maintain security controls and automations across CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure and application stack, implement SAST/SCA/secret scanning and container security, drive security automation for IaC and GitOps, and collaborate with product, QA, and IT/Ops to continuously improve the security posture for cloud-based production workloads.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, implement, and maintain security controls and automations across CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure, and application stack.
•Integrate and maintain security tools across the CI/CD pipeline: SAST (SonarQube), SCA/Dependency Scanning (e.g., Snyk, Trivy, Dependabot), Secret Detection (Gitleaks, Vault), Container/Image Scanning (Aqua, Prisma, Trivy).
•Drive security automation for Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), Configuration Management (Ansible, Chef), GitOps workflows (ArgoCD), and embed security guardrails and compliance checks into development workflows.
•Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, QA, Development, and IT/Ops teams to continuously improve the security posture and participate in on-call rotations for production systems as needed.
•Experience running production workloads on AWS, Azure, or GCP with Kubernetes, Docker, and scripting (PowerShell/Bash/Python) to secure and monitor cloud-native environments.

Key Requirements

•At least 6 years of experience as DevOps/DevSecOps/Security Engineer
•Experience with CI/CD tools and source control management tools (e.g., Git, Azure DevOps, SonarQube, Artifactory)
•Proven experience securing CI/CD pipelines
•Expertise in SCA, SAST, secret scanning, and container security
•A minimum of 3 years of exposure running production workloads on AWS, Azure or GCP with hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and GitOps tooling (ArgoCD or Flux) and scripting (PowerShell/Bash/Python)
