Principal Software Engineer - Risk Management / Risk AI

Lead multiple teams in Zalando’s Risk Management department, building software and machine learning solutions that detect and mitigate payment fraud and risk across billions of euros in transactions. Elevate architecture and engineering standards through hands-on design, code contributions, mentorship, and technical guidance. Partner with engineering and product leadership, drive technical innovation, improve operational excellence via reviews and incident post-mortems, and support time-critical investigations and anomaly resolution.
