Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage overall project cost, schedule, and budgets, including reviews of construction proposals, pricing/scopes, and payment requests.
  • •Manage general contractor and other directly contracted vendors and consultants; coordinate resources to match construction progress.
  • •Track and manage critical milestones, identify schedule slip risks, and implement corrective actions.
  • •Review and approve cost-loaded schedules, work-in-place, and capital expenditure spends; identify factors influencing construction costs and report on them.
  • •Run client and required meetings, document claim-related events, advocate for the client in disputes/change orders, and oversee closeout documentation and warranties transfer to the client.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in CSA, MEP Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 15 years’ experience as a Project Manager Lead, ideally in Life Sciences, Pharma, Biotech, or other High Tech facility projects.
  • •Management experience with ability to lead a team in delivering commission and general line management.
  • •Knowledge of Structural, Civil, Plumbing, Mechanical, Electrical, and Low Voltage scopes of work.
  • •Advanced skills with spreadsheets, report writing, and presentations, with strong communication and organisation.
