Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand. Meet individual and store sales goals through clienteling, cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations while using mobile POS and social selling tools to drive repeat purchases. Support daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising, while maintaining service standards and following retail policies.

•Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
•Build client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
•Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations while meeting individual and store KPIs.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
•Complete daily operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, and efficient transaction handling.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred), with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
•Experience operating POS and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), including ability to read price/release sheets.
•Strong English proficiency.
•Ability to work at a fast pace and perform physical tasks including lifting 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb occasionally) and maneuvering the sales floor and stockroom.
•Luxury retail background and social media savvy, including clienteling and data acquisition skills (preferred).
