Key Responsibilities

•Work on multiple initiatives simultaneously, balancing business priorities with available resources.
•Support a global ERP user community by serving as a system subject matter expert across multiple functional areas, including responding to user inquiries and delivering virtual training sessions for users worldwide.
•Partner with functional teams, lead business analysts, and development teams to identify opportunities for system and process improvements by gaining a deep understanding of business roles and workflows.
•Design, execute, and analyze experiments to validate system configuration or data changes, ensuring desired outcomes are achieved without negatively impacting dependent processes.
•Educate end users on configuration options and explain how system changes influence downstream processes.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
•Strong problem-solving, analytical, and time management skills
•Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple workstreams, and adapt to changing priorities
•Cross-functional awareness with ability to balance diverse user needs
•Flexibility to collaborate with global teams, including outside US business hours when needed
