Job Summary

Lead day-to-day retail clienteling and service to deliver an experience that reflects the brand’s luxury ethos. Drive personal and store sales goals and KPI performance (conversion, DPT, UPT, and client data capture) while coaching and developing team members through roleplay, feedback, and training support. Ensure strong communication, ethical conduct, compliance, and consistent visual merchandising standards that elevate the in-store client experience.

•Create a high-quality client experience and build strong client relationships while driving sales through outstanding service.
•Meet and exceed individual and store baseline goals for personal sales and KPI metrics including conversion, DPT, UPT, and Client Data Capture.
•Plan and prioritize, demonstrate strategic thinking, champion change, and complete assigned tasks by deadlines.
•Teach and support others through consistent roleplay and coaching; monitor and assist store associates’ training and development.
•Ensure compliance and consistency by managing timecards, maintaining Tumi University training, following company policies, and executing visual merchandising/client experience directives.
