Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain documentation for Operational Risk Events (OREs) and Issues, tracking corrective actions and updating status against timelines.
  • •Support impact assessments and data gathering to enable root cause analysis across Product, Technology, Risk, and Compliance.
  • •Prepare materials for engagements with Control Management, Risk, Audit, and Compliance, including audit findings and RCSA.
  • •Support production incident management by capturing documentation and following up on action items.
  • •Perform quality checks and compile ORE/Issue reporting by building and refreshing dashboards; maintain governance trackers and streamline workflows.
