Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and drive site-specific EHS health and safety programs, partnering with Quality, Sanitation, and Maintenance as needed.
  • •Ensure regulatory compliance and hazard prevention by providing guidance to supervision and management.
  • •Perform operational hazard assessments, recommend engineering controls/PPE, and develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • •Train personnel on mandatory OSHA compliance training, first aid responders, and operational hazard-specific training.
  • •Lead injury management and response by supporting workers’ compensation claims management and conducting claims investigations and reviews of loss trends.
