Key Responsibilities

  • •Build, lead, and mentor a team of customer-facing debug engineers, setting technical benchmarks and fostering career growth.
  • •Lead debug of platform bring-up, fleet anomalies, and early field failures; drive issues to root cause and feed learnings back into design, validation, and manufacturing.
  • •Serve as the senior escalation point for complex server/rack debug and own the customer-facing narrative through closure.
  • •Own debug status tracking and roll up decision-oriented updates to internal and customer leadership; prioritize scarce hardware across escalations.
  • •Support ODM factory build and HW/FW failure triage during EVT/DVT/PVT gates, coordinating cross-functionally across design, validation, firmware, and FA teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
  • •Hands-on deep experience with server- and rack-level hardware and firmware debug across pre- and post-silicon platforms.
  • •Strong familiarity with hardware bring-up, validation, manufacturing, and test flows, including EVT/DVT/PVT through volume production.
  • •Experience leading customer-facing technical or engineering teams, including hiring, performance management, mentoring, and career development.
  • •Proven ability to drive execution across global, cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
