Key Responsibilities

•Perform initial reviews of data analytics outputs to identify risk and control assessments requiring remediation or enhancements due to quality standards failures.
•Prepare, drive, and participate in control design review activities covering markets.
•Identify and publish risk and control review findings by identifying key risks and issues.
•Embed quality into risk and control assessment deliverables and ensure compliance with the risk and control quality review methodology.
•Maintain management information, drive end-to-end read-across exercises with global stakeholders, and conduct quality reviews to validate applicability decisions and completed read-across exercises.

Key Requirements

•Experience in business management or governance related field, or equivalent experience, with a minimum total work experience of 5 years and a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
•Strong attention to detail and business writing skills, including ability to author and edit documents and challenge and shape submissions.
•Strong understanding of risk management framework and practical experience managing risk and control.
•Strong knowledge of the external environment, including regulatory, political, and competitor factors.
•Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to communicate effectively at all levels across the group.
