Key Responsibilities

  • •Apply the shift plan according to daily depot requirements and delegate/prioritize duties to meet objectives.
  • •Ensure receipt of all Goods In products as per SOPs and resolve discrepancies as they arise.
  • •Maintain accurate electronic and paper records and manage documentation for issuing, receiving, and returns per policy.
  • •Maintain stock integrity through proper storage, coding/labeling, inventory accuracy, cycle counting, and reconciliation.
  • •Coordinate loading/unloading of sales vans, handle waste/leakage disposal and recording, and ensure SHEQ, H&S, housekeeping, and food safety standards are followed.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
  • •2+ years of experience in similar roles in FMCG companies.
  • •Working knowledge of warehouse procedures, including Goods In and picking processes.
  • •Proficiency with MS Word and Excel.
  • •Working knowledge of a Warehouse Management System and/or RF systems, with ability to work in temperature-controlled environments and operate a forklift.
