Job Summary

Lead and support the Store Sales team to drive annual sales targets while ensuring exceptional operational, commercial, and customer service standards. Oversee store operations including after-sales processes, audits, cash handling, inventory management, loss prevention, and store presentation. Manage people goals and KPIs through coaching and feedback, analyze sales reports for stock potential, and ensure accurate promotions and pricing in line with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Support delivery of the store annual sales targets through team performance.
•Maintain proper coverage and scheduling to uphold high customer service levels.
•Conduct store operations audits to ensure compliance with store SOPs and brand standards.
•Oversee after-sales processes and ensure adherence to repair/return policies with internal stakeholders.
•Lead people management by setting goals and KPIs, and providing guidance, mentoring, and ongoing feedback to the team.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
•Minimum 4–5 years of relevant retail experience.
•At least 3 years in a similar supervisory role in retail operations.
•Experience supporting delivery of store sales targets and performance KPIs.
•Ability to execute store operations including cash handling, inventory taking, and record keeping.
