Key Responsibilities

  • •Support client onboarding by issuing T&Cs, gathering documentation, and guiding clients through a seamless onboarding experience.
  • •Help monitor client account health, support credit line amendments, and track upcoming renewals to drive retention.
  • •Assist in invoice and document review, due diligence, and ensure alignment with internal credit risk, compliance, and insurance guidelines.
  • •Support trade booking and trade execution activities, including processing trade bookings and verifying legal debt instruments for timely funding disbursements.
  • •Shadow and collaborate with internal Tech, Product, and Risk squads; troubleshoot day-to-day queries and share feedback to identify automation opportunities for the customer portal.
