Job Summary

Lead all aspects of program cost, schedule, and technical execution for RTX’s Raytheon Vision System Tactical Products programs. Use Earned Value Management to monitor performance, guide cross-functional IPTs, and ensure alignment with budgets and schedules. Drive AOP planning, risk management, and proposal efforts while coordinating with RTX organizations and subcontractors; travel up to 10%.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead all aspects of program cost, schedule, and technical execution to ensure predictable performance and fulfillment of contractual commitments
•Use Earned Value Management to monitor performance and recommend corrective actions as needed
•Deliver projects on time by effectively guiding cross‑matrixed teams through clear communication, empowerment, and expectation setting
•Serve as an authorized decision-maker to achieve program objectives with support from the program manager and product area director
•Day‑to‑day execution while aligning with strategic goals

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 145,600 - 276,800 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 10 years in related field or Advanced degree with 7 years experience
•Experience with AOP capture and sales execution goals and/or SRO maintenance
•Experience managing Integrated Product Team (IPT) or related team management
•Experience with EVMS (Earned Value Management Systems), Earned Value (EV) techniques and/or Cost Account Manager (CAM) experience
•Government contracting and/or acquisition experience
