Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and refine product strategy, vision, and multi-quarter roadmap for the Global Agentic Platform aligned to AI Factory and OE needs.
  • •Own and prioritize the product backlog, translating business and technical requirements into outcome-driven epics and user stories for Build-Run-Operate squads.
  • •Lead delivery of platform enhancements and services including model routing/caching, shared RAG services, MCP interfaces, spec kits, prompt management, and skills libraries.
  • •Ensure platform-by-default standards and embed compliance and AI governance by design, including model risk, data privacy, security, auditability, and responsible AI.
  • •Own non-functional outcomes (SLOs/SLIs, reliability, observability, incident/problem/change processes, capacity planning) and manage AI FinOps levers for performance, availability, and cost.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager for platforms with end-to-end ownership of strategy, roadmap, and delivery.
  • •Strong technical understanding of AI platform concepts such as LLMs, agent frameworks, RAG patterns, vector databases, prompt management, and model routing/caching.
  • •Experience embedding reliability, security, compliance, and governance by design in regulated environments (preferably financial services).
  • •Ability to work with Agile at scale (Scrum/Kanban) and lead cross-functional squads in Build-Run-Operate models.
  • •Data-driven approach using observability and FinOps principles to optimize cost, performance, and adoption.
