Engineering Manager, Product Engineering

Lead a multidisciplinary pod of frontend, backend, and full-stack engineers to ship workflow-heavy, customer-facing product features. Own key initiatives end-to-end—from scoping through delivery and iteration—while partnering with Product and Design on roadmap planning, tradeoffs, and prioritization. Drive predictable delivery with high standards for quality, reliability, and maintainability, and provide technical leadership through design reviews and architectural decisions.
