Job Summary

Drive financial performance for the Commercial Onboarding and Servicing organization and oversee the Commercial Bank’s direct expense. Own driver-based monthly forecasting, provide oversight against plan and actuals, and communicate risks and opportunities to senior leadership. Lead and develop a team of analysts, support month-end close variance analysis, and identify opportunities to automate or streamline reporting. Build business cases for AI investments and track progress against strategic initiatives.

•Develop and enhance driver-based forecast models to predict financial performance under different scenarios.
•Own the monthly forecast process and oversee performance versus plan and actuals, identifying risks and opportunities.
•Build nuanced business cases for AI investments and associated benefits, and create reporting to track progress versus gearing models and initiatives.
•Partner with business and finance teams; present monthly/quarterly insights to senior leadership and elevate critical topics for business reviews.
•Lead and develop a team of analysts; support month-end close with variance analysis and improve operations by eliminating redundant work and enabling automation/self-service.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 96,000 - 181,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
•5+ years of diverse analytical experience in Finance, preferably with banking exposure.
•Proven leadership experience managing a high-performing team.
•Strong financial acumen and the ability to analyze and resolve issues with limited direction.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and experience with financial reporting environments (e.g., Workday Financials, Adaptive Planning, Essbase, IBM TM1).
