Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver personalized investment solutions aligned to clients’ long-term financial goals.
  • •Grow assets under management and increase sales and service by setting the strategic direction of the Financial Advisor team.
  • •Develop and maintain profitable securities and insurance sales through external networking and internal referrals, aligned to client segmentation and best interests.
  • •Use a consultative sales process to review investment plans regularly with clients.
  • •Manage client relationships, accurately record transactions/inquiries, complete education on Truist Wealth products, and adhere to FINRA and other regulatory standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Banking (or equivalent education/related experience).
  • •FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses (Series 63 and 65 in lieu of 66).
  • •Applicable state health and life insurance licenses.
  • •Securities sales and client relationship management experience.
  • •Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, persuasion, and relationship management skills; organized and self-motivated.
