Associate Manager, Environmental/PSM

Oversee the plant’s environmental management and Process Safety Management (PSM) programs to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local requirements. Manage EMS and PSM implementations, maintain program documentation, coordinate ISO 14001 certification and internal audits, and drive continuous improvement using environmental and PSM KPIs. Lead and develop staff through training and coaching, including emergency response readiness, while ensuring corrective actions are addressed promptly.
