  • •Develop and maintain senior/executive client relationships and align internal decisions to client priorities.
  • •Raise AECOM’s industry brand through thought leadership and conference engagements while mentoring client account management talent.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (or related) plus 12+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent demonstrated experience/education.
  • •Proven experience developing relationships that drive growth, including existing relationships with data center industry leaders/hyperscalers and colocation companies.
  • •Experience in data center development and leading cross-functional teams.
  • •Significant client-facing leadership experience, able to work in ambiguity and lead by influence.
  • •Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills, including experience working with multicultural teams and travel willingness.
