Key Requirements

  • •Highly proficient software engineering in at least one programming language (Python or Rust, Go, Java).
  • •Hands-on experience with AI frameworks (PyTorch, JAX) or distributed systems (Ray, Kubernetes).
  • •High engineering competence to design complex software usable in production.
  • •Ability to work as a self-starter and team player in a collaborative environment.
  • •Ideal: experience training large transformer models distributedly and navigating the MLOps stack (fine-tuning, evaluation, deployment).
