•Accelerate time to value by applying project and program management expertise to ensure efficient and high-quality delivery of client results.
•Cultivate enduring client relationships through consultative communication and by monitoring and reporting the value generated from the engagement.
•Partner with teams across Atlassian to advocate for customer needs and innovative solutions that address business drivers.
•Spend up to 30% of time traveling domestically, and in some cases internationally, for internal and customer-facing events.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience within SaaS companies or similar product organizations or technology consulting firms; track record in managing large-scale projects and programs
•3+ years in Professional Services, Technical Consulting, or Success customer-facing roles; experience managing client relationships and delivering successful project outcomes
•Fluent in English; German is also required due to a strong presence of customers in the DACH region
